Like many others I see on here, we are looking for installation technicians in the Twin Cities area.
Starts
Yesterday would be fine. Of course we need background and drug test and there is a short wait to get badged. This can be seasonal or year round as we have work all year and are a diverse enough company to be able to change duties as needed.
Pay
I could say we pay great and treat our subs great but that has already been said so many times on here that it seems pointless.Some of these are subs of subs and many people would be taking their cut before it gets to you. I don't need to do that.
Qualifications
Show up for work? That is a good starting point. We can train. Sure I would prefer experience. Maybe you need to branch out as the big MSO's are going away from companies that are small. We have been here and in business since 1998. A little more stable than the other companies that have come and gone over the years or are hiring here after being here a year. You don't need your own shop. we can handle another 50 guys from this location.
Other Requirements
If you have your own trucks and tools that is fine. It isn't necessary for work here as we do have a fleet and tools for you. I see this as an opportunity for both of us. It is in our best interest to see you succeed so that is what we will work towards. I may have some per diem available for a few months as well. We have meters too if you need one.
Job Description
quad play technicians. We residential, commercial, or security installs. I also have a large drop bury territory. We have a large MDU/Rewire team. We do RF and fiber splicing. Our last time frame is 4-6 if installing and you can work 4-7 days a week although you will get some pressure to work more than 4 days in August and September. Quality is a must here as we are held to a high standard for our metrics. We have training available and because we are so diverse we have many opportunities. Install burnout should not need to happen here.
