The Installation Operations Manager will report directly the Director of Fulfillment and is responsible for managing installation supervisors, client relations, employee training and administration oversight. This role will be responsible for ensuring the company’s internal teams are scheduled effectively, coordinated with the QC specialists and Customer Care coordinators.

This role requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable with rapid changes in direction and environment. This role is customer oriented, results driven, and passionate about delivering innovative quality services to delight our customers. To be successful, this role will need to work well in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Essential Functions:

Cable Installation Project Manager will manage a team of field supervisors and technicians who provide installation and supporting technical service expertise to projects for various television, telecommunications, Internet, data and other peripheral services for clients throughout the US.
Serve as a member of the Fulfillment’s leadership team and help improve the overall quality of processes and service delivery by making observations, analyzing data, developing and recommending plans that will improve processes and increase client satisfaction.
Oversee project work order/service order costs and ensure they are well managed; monitor progress and document /report changes in systems to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
Provide an effective liaison between supervisors and project teams, as well as external vendors providing subcontract related services.
Manage client expectations and collaborate with the client to acquire needed information and direction on their projects.
Ensure project requirements are achieved in a high quality and timely fashion within budget guidelines.
Manage workloads and routing to ensure proper efficiencies based on local market guidelines.
Oversight of managing and investigating customer complaints and damages.
Ensuring that compliance metrics are met including Service Rate, Quality Insurance etc.
Enforce company safety practices by completing random safety site inspections.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing communications infrastructure, methodology and governance to MSO and MDU projects.
A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in leading/managing Video, Data & Telecommunications Infrastructure focused Field Service Functions.
Experience in coaching or mentoring supervisors and team members.
Hands-on technical project background
Experience managing diverse clientele and short-term projects
Strong analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work well with internal and external clients
A positive attitude and an inclusive approach to building partnerships
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
