Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of cable experience required.
Must possess excellent customer service, leadership, organization, and time management skills.
Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Ability to use personal computer and office machines.
Job Description
We are looking for a Field Supervisor to lead a crew of approximately 10 triple play techs in San Angelo, TX. The ideal individual will be professional, skilled, personable, and organized with strong leadership skills who wants to be a a long term member of the Space Age family!
The Field Supervisor reports to the Director of Operations and responsibilities include:
Supervising local field technicians
Developing and promoting a team atmosphere and ensuring the proper support is provided to each technician within the operation
Help manage workloads and routing to ensure proper efficiencies based on local market guidelines
Managing day-to-day field operations for an assigned crew, communicating with other members of local support staff
Resolving any customer service issues and assisting any techs when needed
Managing and investigating customer complaints
Ensuring that all required company metrics are met
Enforce company safety practices by completing random safety inspections
Assisting with the assignment of ongoing training of all technicians to be conducted by Director of Training
Present a positive, professional, and courteous image to our customers and fellow employees.
