Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS • Must use personal truck, van, or SUV with ladder rack capable of transporting a 28’ ladder • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong work ethic with ability to work independently • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and vehicle registration without restrictions • Must pass a criminal background check, MVR, and drug screen upon consideration of employment. * High School Diploma or Equivalent
Job Description
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking self-motivated, full-time candidates with strong customer service and technical backgrounds to retain customers, recover equipment, and disconnect service. We have openings in the following areas: Abilene, TX, Midland / Odessa, TX and in Corpus Christi.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive assigned leads through application and make direct contact with subscribers
• Negotiate arrangements with customers to pay past due account in full, or set up the best possible arrangements in a friendly, problem-solving manor
• Gather data using the Open Door application to process and record payment transactions, capture signatures, and generate receipts from customers
• Reactivate customers’ cable, internet, and phone services
• Recover cable premise equipment from customers’ residence
• Perform service work from telephone pole in order to disconnect cable service
• Represent client in a professional and positive manner in all situations
• Must use personal smart phone capable of running our Open Door software (iPhone 4s or above; Android 3.2.1 or above)
• Able to lift and carry 70-90 lbs. and work repeatedly at heights up to 30 feet
• Must work evening and weekend hours
