Job Description

The Field Installation Trainer will develop and drive the training and quality program at the corporate level, in addition to personally traveling to the individual markets to provide more detailed training and supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop a cohesive and comprehensive training, safety, and quality program tailored to the specific needs of the program.
Develop and execute plans, as needed, to become or maintain compliance and certifications with any applicable regulations
Own and drive the successful closure of all corrective actions concerning safety/quality issues
Act in a leadership role to provide the necessary tools, training, and guidance to continually improve the safety & quality process
Understand and maintain Environmental Health and Safety Standards
Drive improvements in business performance using various tools in support of the Corporate Safety & Quality initiatives
Participate in meetings and inspections to promote and reward a culture of teamwork and respect amongst all employees
