Job Description
Buckeye CableSystem is looking for a qualified candidate for the Quality Control Inspector position. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring company standards are met and customer satisfaction is achieved by inspecting the overall quality of the work done by contractors and Technical Operations personnel. The Quality Control Inspector inspects damage claims made by customers. The Quality Control Inspector performs ongoing various system audits, including but not limited to disconnect audits, MDU point of demarcation audits, theft of service audits, and CATV basic audits. The Quality Control Inspector pursues sales of the Company’s services to known unauthorized viewers and/or competitor customers. The Quality Control Inspector works to promote exceptional customer service, the Company’s products and presents and supports a positive outlook towards co-workers, cable customers and all other representatives of the Company.
