Must be incorporated, have the proper WC/GL and Vehicle insurance limits. All tech's must be able to pass a crimsheild background check and drug screen. Must have bucket trucks, ladders, tools, safety equipment. Must have the skill sets to do aerial plant construction including but not limited to damaged plant replacements, pole transfers, pole violations, new build, pole make ready and strand placement, coax splicing, fiber splicing, coax and fiber wreck out, coax and fiber placement and lashing.
