We are currently looking for 10-99 Contractors to Bury and Hang Fiber to the home. We are one of the largest and most competitive companies in KCMO. We want the BEST!!!!! We are looking for experienced technicians or technicians that have worked in the CATV or DirectTv/DIsh Network industry. We are willing to train certain individuals that have no experience if you have a truck/van/suv with ladder rack.This is a long term project. Work is available Mon-Saturday. Willing to work in teams or alone. Must be willing to hand bury the fiber or have one of the following vibratory plow machines, Ditch Witch 100x, Lineward L2, Vermeer SP15, SP11 or LM11. You will either be pulling fiber through conduit through fiber vaults to the home and then bury it to the house and mount an NIU box, or hang aerial fiber from pole to pole install a riser down the pole and bury to the house and mount NIU box. Pay is per address with the option to have your jobs pre trenched for a set price. Must be able to pass a background check and have no felonies/DUIS and pass a pre employment drug screen along with random drug tests. Pay is industry standard 3 weeks out then weekly after. techs are making between 1,500-3,000 weekly based on their work ethic and skill set. You will need a 28’ft fiber glass ladder with hooks and belt and lanyard. We will supply you a list of small tools needed upon interview.
