Paid by the job 80/20 on installs. We pay by the room not by the receiver! 45 upgrades and 40 service calls.
Qualifications
Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen. Must have good communication skills. Must be Dependable!
Other Requirements
Must have a WHITE truck, van, or suv. Must have General Liability Insurance or be willing to acquire it. Super Buddy Satellite Meter (or we can provide you one). Must have basic hand tools, cordless drill, 24 ft ladder.
Job Description
The role and responsibilities of the Satellite Technician include the following functions:
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to diagnose and repair all causes of system failure
• Ability to effectively use power tools, hand tools, and all installation tools
• Ability to communicate with customers in a clear and straightforward manner, while providing excellent customer service which meets our targeted standards in regards to Quality Control Scores, Customer Satisfaction Scores, Completion Rates, Accessory presentation, and Productivity
• Ability to work independently in a professional and efficient manner
• Ability to perform job responsibilities on ladders, in crawl spaces and attics as required.
