Formal meet and greets are not required but preferred. Once a reference check of prior experience is complete, Drug Tests and Backgrounds will commence. After Orientation and tech numbers are issued, you may begin completing work.
Pay
The pay rate will be $2.40 a point as observed by the Time Warner Cable point schedule. These are the highest rates IN/NEAR this market.
Qualifications
• Min. 1 year experience as a triple-play tech
• Capable of working at heights up to 28’
• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs and more
• Ability to work in tight and confined spaces to include Attics/Crawl Spaces
• Able to work in all-weather Hot/Cold/In climate
• Must have clean Criminal Background
• Must have clean 3 year Driving Record
• Present Excellent Customer Service
• Have above basic Computer/Electronic experience
• Exercise constant Trouble Shooting /Analytical Skill
Other Requirements
(MUST HAVE)
• Truck or Van with proper ladder rack (no SUV’s)
• Valid Vehicle Registration and Insurance
• Necessary tools of the trade
• Cordless Hammer Drill and bits
• 28’ Fiberglass Extension Ladder/ 6’ Step Ladder
• CATV Signal Level Meter (with return capabilities)
• Safety Gear
• Smart Phone/GPS (w/out service limitation)
Job Description
This position will include the installation of Cable TV Video/Data/Phone services. The ideal applicant will excel in all aspects with a can do attitude (Above n Beyond). All technicians are graded on performance by system metrics. These include Customer Satisfaction, Completion of work in a timely manner and warranting services rendered, while adhering to both Company and Industry standards and policies.
