Job Description
NEEDED Experienced Commercial Voice/Data Technicians in the Suffolk Area.
Preferably 5-10 yrs plus.
Data/Voice Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
• Experience Pulling, Terminating, and Testing Voice/Data Cabling - Commercial Structured Cabling.
• Testing/Troubleshooting network issues (Connectivity, other Low Voltage Cable associated issues)
• Terminating Category 5e,6,6A Voice/Data Cable into: Jacks, 66-110 Blocks, Patch Panels, etc. . .
• ************Dressing Communication Closets/IDF's is a MUST************************
• Familiarity with BiCSi and or Basic Industry Standards.
• Experience with Pulling, Terminating, and Testing of Fiber Optics is a PLUS
o Please note what types of terminations you have experience with.
• MUST have all standard Telecom Hand Tools (Punch down tool, Snips, Strippers, Cordless Drill, Etc. . .)
************************ ABSOLUTE MUST *************************
MUST be able to work independently with minimal supervision and with a team.
* Also Looking for 2 Qualified CCTV Technicians/Experience Requirements:
- Install, Service and Survey both Analog and IP CCTV Systems
Must have OWN Transportation
Must have Clean Driving Record
Must Read and Communicate Effectively
Must be HONEST & PROFESSIONAL
MUST DRESS & ACT PROFESSIONAL
MUST have your own reliable cell phone
