Be at least 18 years old, Have a valid driver’s license,Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check, Be able to pass medical physical for DOT

Be self-motivated with the ability to follow oral and written instructions

Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with a wide
variety of personalities

Have the ability of undertake a lead/foreman role in the field while working with other crew members

Must be able to operate all related aerial equipment to perform work

Perform pole transfers, frame poles, install strand and lash up cable/fiber

Have the ability to safely climb wood utility poles using climbers

Have the ability to safely use a ladder on poles for aerial construction

Have the ability to safely work out of a bucket truck using PPE

Use layup sticks, pull rope and cable/fiber through trees or conduit

Have the ability to work 24/7 for rotating scheduled on call duties

Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times

Follow Company safety and employment policies

Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned

Experienced aerial cable TV construction knowledge is a must
