Applicants must have experience with DC power, Coax, Ethernet, and Fiber cabling, connectorizing, and testing. Experience within the headend environment is preferred. Applicant must have strong communication skills and a professional attitude. The position requires the ability to work closely with a diverse workforce. Background checks are required and applicant must have a clean driving record with valid driver’s license.
Job Description
Candidate should have installation experience in the following areas:
Equipment Enclosure (Cabinet), Fiber Network Frame, Frame Grounding and Bonding, Aisle Ground, Overhead Cable Tray, Earthquake Bracing, Fiber Duct System, Cable Tray Accessories, Fuse Panel – D/C Power to BDFB, Equipment Shelf – A/C Power with no grounding and D/C Power to fuse panel within bay with grounding, Mini Cabling or Cat 6, Fiber Jumper, Removal, Mining or Redress of Existing Cabling and Rack Relocation
