Experience in Cable, Internet, Home Security and Telephone installation, service and repair. Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions and work spaces. Able to carry and maneuver 80 pounds.

Job Description

Position: W-2 Triple Play Installation Technician
Wage: Hourly Rate + Production Bonus

Sign On Bonus: $2,000.00 to be paid out as follows; $500 after 30 days, $500 after 60 days and $1000 after 90 days, for experienced techs only

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in INSTALLATION OR TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Must be an experienced triple play technician familiar with installation of Video, Data and Voice or have other technical experience!!!

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
* Meet all employment eligibility criteria (Nationwide B/G Check, UA Test, Clean DMV, etc)
* Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
* Ability to performing demanding tasks and heavy physical labor as assigned for the duration of
the daily shift.
* Technician is responsible for installing, relocating, disconnecting, troubleshooting and auditing
cable service and ancillary equipment in the field.
* Must follow departmental installation policies in compliance with OSHA and NEC standards.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for all Safety related duties pertaining to communications service, trouble
call, installation and maintenance.
* Must meet commitments to customers and follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
* Responsible for applying adopted company policies and operational practices that allow our
daily operations to succeed.
* Must adhere to company specified dress code.
* Responsible for reaching and maintaining company set metrics on Trouble and Service ticket
resolution times
* Performs other related duties as assigned and required.
