Qualifications
Must be able to pass background check and Drug Screen. Must have valid Drivers License. Experienced Technicians Preferred. However, willing to train if necessary.
Other Requirements
Must have own tools. Must have own truck or van with current insurance.
Job Description
* Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
* Ability to performing demanding tasks and heavy physical labor as assigned for the duration of the daily shift.
*Technician is responsible for installing, relocating, disconnecting, troubleshooting and auditing cable service and ancillary equipment in the field.
*Must follow departmental installation policies in compliance with OSHA and NEC standards.
*Must pass background and drug test.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for all Safety related duties pertaining to Comcast Communications service and trouble call
Installation and maintenance.
*Must set the example
*Must meet commitments to customers and following up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
*Responsible for applying adopted company policies and operational practices that allow our daily
Operations to succeed..
*Must adhere to company specified dress code.
*Responsible for hitting company set metrics on Trouble and Service ticket resolution times
*Performs other related duties as assigned and required
