This is an all homes passed drop rebuild working by node, including but not limited to:
Wreck-outs
Drop re-runs
Drop Cleanups
Bonding/Grounding
Bringing Drops up to Bris Standards (outside work only)
100% QC of work
Documentation through iOS device
