CANDITATE REQUIREMENTS: Must pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check Must have clean driving record (DMV report required) Own truck, van or SUV required Must be physically able to perform job functions Must be organized and well groomed Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required Adaptability and being able to work in a team environment Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously, organize, prioritize, make decisions

Responsible for performing on-site installations of Business Class installs and fiber optic systems; including accurate fiber identification, prepping fiber, splicing, hot-cuts, fiber audits and working with the customer, management and employees to assure a quality installation. A minimum 2 years of fiber experience, proficient at terminating and splicing of fiber optic cables. Requirements include strong troubleshooting skills useing test equipment and experience - as well as the ability to accurately prepare project documentation for OTDR traces and final OTDR testing on all project fibers at /1625. Must be able to analyze OTDR results; build splice templates, and MS office proficiency required . A minimum of 2 (verifiable) years' experience required using a fusion splicer, fiber strippers, cleavers, power meter and OTDR
