80$ INCLUDING THE CINEMA KIT ON THE FIRST TV INSTALLATION AND 20$ ON EACH ADDITIONAL TV
Qualifications
• at least one or two years experience in directv installation or related field
• Properly operate possess and maintain installation tools and equipment
• Ability to communicate with the customer in a clear and straight forward manner
• Must be highly motivated and willing to having a record of high productivity
Other Requirements
• Must currently possess a valid driver's license and reliable van or truck
• Must have basic knowledge in computer
• Must have a phone to communicate
Job Description
• Install new service, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair or replace customer's existing equipment as needed
• Handle all customer complaints, questions and develop solutions (Problem solver)
• Must maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and performance throughout the day
• Ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards
• Complete paperwork with each work order in a timely manner and and update equipment inventory
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required
