Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously, with a positive attitude. Technical knowledge such as computer skills is a must have. Strong Presentation Skills, Verbal/Written Communication. Must participate in classroom training and pass field training including pole certification within training period.

Work outside in all types of weather. Must be able to lift, handle, and carry 80-pound ladder and meet ladder safety requirements. Must be able to work at heights of 3-25 ft. Must be able to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout each day. Miscellaneous Skills / Considerations: Must have a valid driver’s license and meet ACI driving criteria guidelines. Summary:

Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. Writes literature and materials to be used in programs and designs exercises to enhance lectures. Conducts classes regarding safety, security, installation, programming, maintenance and repair of Telecommunication systems and equipment.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities:



v Personal Protective Equipment

v Ladder Safety and Awareness

v Driver Safety and Awareness

v Cable Theory

v Installation/Trouble Shooting the Drop Systems

v Customer Interaction

v High Speed Data/Digital Voice (Residential and Commercial)

v Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP)

v Advance Products (AnyRoom Service, X1 Products and Home Security)

v Creation of Local System Training modules

v Creating a curriculum to certify Field Trainers

v Manage Trainees as relates to (Testing Software)

v Meter Training (DSAM, Comsonics and Trilithic)

v Hand Held Devices (TechNet)

v Manage Training Assets

v Harassment in the Work Place

v Oversee All Field Trainers in compliance with Field Training Requirements

v Conduct Field Training Spot Inspections

v Field Training Support in later stages of the Training Process

v Assist other Technical personnel in the performance of their duties when necessary.

v Performs all other duties as assigned. (Administrative)



Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:



v Trains new hire and up-train or re-train existing employees facilitating both classroom and practical application sessions.



v Proctors online and practical test for covered training modules and completes required practical exam paperwork.



v Tracks and reports on the professional and technical development of trainees to the Training Manager.



v Conducts weekly safety meeting to emphasize ACI’s safety and risk management guidelines. Safety standards must be followed in compliance with Company expectations.



v Performs all other training related duties as assigned.



Requisite Skills and Knowledge:
