You must have a reliable truck and the tools needed to do the installations ready to go. A tool List can be provided if you need to double check. You must have a smart phone with internet access in order to complete the jobs. We use an App called Oasis, which is a seamless way to close out a job, upload the required photos (more info available on request), Get the customer signature and even point the dish without any paperwork at all! Online training will be provided to you for Hughes Net certification, as well as hands on training with certified field training technicians. You also should have a DAPT meter, a special tool used to point Hughes Net dishes that usually costs about $80, but if you are sufficient with Oasis it will not be needed for the most part. Buying your own cable, poles and small parts is required. Can be purchased on a credit system from us and paid back in payments from your paychecks. Everyday we call you several times from the office, you must be available to us unless extenuating circumstances come up. We call every morning around 8-9 AM for you ETA's to all jobs. You can text them in if you would prefer. Phone numbers for that would be required upon beginning of work. We also call every evening and tell you your jobs for the next day. THIS IS ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE! We receive already-scheduled jobs from Hughes Net 24/7 so your schedule always changes and we cannot change it for you. If you are running late FOR ANY REASON you MUST call into the office. We are an installation company and therefore deep in customer service, and we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. You are a big part of that! We do random QC's on all jobs. We receive 3 different types of orders, Installs, Repairs, and Upgrades, each of them paid differently and each with there own requirements. All installs are the same! For those TV installers, think of it as a 1 receiver installation that pays like a 4 receiver installation. On every installation, you are expected to Help the customer through the Welcome process and set up their email for them. you should not leave until the customer knows how to navigate the home page and where to find anything they may need. Schedule 40 poles are the only Hughes Net approved size. Any other pole found on a job you completed will result in a charge back if we have to fix it for you. Pictured on all jobs MUST be uploaded DAILY! Detailed pay sheets must be turned in MONDAY MORNING! if it is turned in after 4pm it is considered late and your pay will be delayed. You will be paid one week from every Monday if your pay sheet and pictures are turned in on time! Direct deposit is available upon request. All Upgrade equipment taken off a job and all Bad equipment must be held at your residence in a clean area for pick up by someone out of this office. more details available upon request.
