Job Description
We are looking for 3 - 4 quality technicians local to the area with triple play experience for year round installation work. Must have all industry standard tools, meter, and a truck/van to work.
Essential Functions:
Installing and/or repairing cable TV and High Speed Data or Digital Services inside and outside of residential homes. Performs upgrades, downgrades, pre-wiring and dwelling installations. Install drops, outlets, converters, cable modems, digital terminals and other cable system devices. Measuring, recording and determining cable signals
Troubleshooting problems.
• Responsible for all Safety related duties pertaining to FTTH service and trouble call installation and maintenance. Must set the example
• Responsible for meeting commitments to customers and following up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for applying adopted company policies and operational practices that allow our daily operations to succeed.
• Responsible for preparation of customer sites for move in by completing a pre-inspection, and making necessary arrangements with builders, Installation Technicians and or customers.
• Responsible for installation of all company offered products through accurate and timely installation utilizing the Enlighten software system.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must adhere to company specified dress code on a daily basis.
• Responsible for hitting company set metrics on Trouble and Service ticket resolution times
Abilities, Skills & Knowledge:
• Ability to Carry and climb and maneuver an 80-pound, 28-foot extension ladder. Work with hand and power tools.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Complete a quality installation every time.
• Present a positive, professional, and courteous image to our customers
• Accurately complete essential paperwork.
• Have a strong work ethic relating to quality and attendance.
• Triple Play Certified preferred

• MUST HAVE: TRUCK OR VAN, OWN TOOLS
• Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report.
