Qualifications
Must have at least 2 years of field experience in cable installations & troubleshooting (COX Communications system). Must be dependable. Must have excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of all COX Communications equipment. Must have good driving record.

Must have tools needed to do job. company supplies meters, security tools.
Job Description
Field Supervisor job consists of supervising technicians in the field. Run on escalation calls. doing evaluation routes with new technicians. Doing Job QAs. Help with work load when needed (if needed). Report all QA's to Manager on a daily basis.
