Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Reconnects
Disconnects
Re locations
Pre-wiring
Standard aerial/underground installations
Monitors and corrects leakage on customer drops
Non-pays
Change outs -- Swapping/Upgrading equipment
Residential post wiring
Maintains levels and controls of installation and equipment as required
Promotes good customer and community relations in accordance with established company policy and procedure
Operate basic hand and power tools, trenching equipment and test equipment needed to complete installations
Operate and maintain personal vehicle (truck, van or other capable of transporting ladders) with local laws and company policy
Completes work in a safe manner at all times
Receives work orders from supervisor and routes/organizes orders in an efficient manner, ensuring all customer scheduled appointments are met within established time frame
Maintains a "Team Player" attitude and picks up extra work when requested
Updates dispatch department regarding status of each work order after each job and daily progress
