City of Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Low-mileage routes, fuel incentives for outer areas.
Starts
As soon as background and drug screening are complete.
Pay
Tiered piece-rate based on NCTI certifications. NCTI certification training available.
Qualifications
NCTI certified technicians preferred but qualified applicants should also apply. Applicants should have a good overall attitude and keen ability to deal with customers. Paid training is available. Basic computer skills required. Routing is based on performance, not seniority, so top level techs can immediately get top level routes. Performance numbers posted weekly. Military veterans and former service members move to top of the list!
Other Requirements
Truck, van, or SUV required, preferably white but overall great condition required. Some vans may be available for lease purchase, call for availability. Basic hand tools, step ladder, and cordless drill required before starting. All specialty tools, safety equipment, and extension ladders are available for purchase through the company. Smart phone required for self-dispatching application. Technicians must be able to lift 80+ pounds and able to get into crawl spaces and attics.
Job Description
Job consists of installing television/internet/phone services and running service calls in residential and commercial settings. Work available 7 days a week. No techs are sent home due to low work loads. Some projects available for MDU wiring, auditing, quality control, and light pole/line work.

Routing is based on performance scores posted weekly. Top level techs have ability to get top level routes within 1 week of starting. Paid training available for qualified applicants. Relocation help available for highly qualified technicians.
Technicians have ability to get routes the prior evening and start from home in the morning with verified on-site at first job. Techs have assigned supervisors and lead technicians in each area of the city for assistance when needed. We set you up to be successful!
