Summary
The Dispatcher is responsible for the on-going review of active projects and to ensure that the placement and installation of fiber optic pathways are in compliance with both NX Utilities and our customers. A tremendous emphasis is placed on follow through and a positive, up-beat attitude. Your ability to work effectively under pressure is a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Input, review, and evaluate the work being performed
• Make recommendations on how to bring the work up to the established standards
• Review all accounts to verify each has been closed out correctly
• Take calls from technicians, field supervisors, and customer regarding all field issues and have the ability to respond in a timely manner
• Update all field supervisors and manager of any time frame issues
• Verify all meter readings and pass along verification
Supervisory Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
