You must pass a drug test and background check . CDL is preferred but not required.Splicing bucket truck and tools are provided.

Lineman - Must have a minimum of 5 yrs experience , read maps , handling all make ready applications , hanging strand , coax , fiber , doing pole transfers , storm damage and over lash jobs.

Summary of Position:
A successful Aerial Lineman shall access specific areas to install, maintain, and/or repair our customer's telecommunications equipment. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications construction; familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines and poles, and the functionality of each; ability to use cable placement equipment and tools; ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.

You will need a good work ethic, put safety first, and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Our company is growing.
Preferred Qualifications:
• The ability to work safely, with or without supervision
• The ability to work standing, at shoulder height and overhead, for extended periods
• The ability to lift and manipulate lasher and other cable placement equipment
• The ability to work aloft, either from a ladder, aerial lift device, or by climbing
• The ability to follow instructions and communicate verbally and in writing
• The ability to operate equipment, including, but not limited to an aerial lift device, lasher, and hand tools
• Must have at least 5 year’s experience
• Must be able to read maps
• Must be able to handle all make ready applications, hanging strand, coax, fiber, pole transfers and storm damage.
• Over lash jobs and strand coax and fiber placement and underground pull ins at times
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Full time job, hourly, CDL preferred but not required and all tools provided.
• Pay depends on experience. ( CAN NOT BE A SUBCONTRACTOR )
