Job Description
Greyfox Services, Inc. is looking for a Field Supervisor/Trainer for our Middletown, DE operation.
As a Field Supervisor/Trainer for Greyfox Services you will be responsible for the consistent high quality installation and servicing of cable television, data, and digital telephone products and services through the supervision, training and evaluation of field technicians and other related field personnel. You will also perform daily installation\service work as assigned, including all duties of a field technician.
You will supervise assigned personnel (employee and independent contractor) to maintain superior levels of productivity, customer service and compliance with company quality and safety policies and confirm the timely completion of all orders for installation/service. You will work closely with MSO operations management and dispatch to identify and resolve issues resulting in late or incomplete work orders. Your customer service skills will be used to resolve installation/service related complaints, including the quality of service and technician conduct.
Our Supervisors conduct on-the job and other training, as well as inspect and record the quality of work, of employees and contractors. You will communicate with field technicians and management concerning quality, safety and other pertinent information as needed.

• works independently and can work outdoors in various weather conditions at any time of day or night. Is considerate when working in customer homes or businesses.
• is able to:
o carry and properly utilize extension ladders up to and including 32ft.
o climb and work in high places (such as rooftops, utility poles and ladders) and in tight spaces (such as attics and crawl spaces).
o lift and carry up to 60 pounds throughout the day.
To qualify you must:
