Qualifications
Looking for a supervisor/manager with years of experience as an in house or contractor manager in the cable TV/Phone/Internet Installation field. Applicant must also have experience as an installer for these services. Must have superb leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Computer skills are a must.
Other Requirements
We are a small subcontracting company operating in 3 boroughs. We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, and positive to manage a group of about 30 field technicians and 4-5 office personnel. The applicant must display a strong work ethic with a dedication and commitment to his position. A leader who leads by example.
Job Description
Oversee and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly metrics such as on time performance, install to trouble call percentage, customer satisfaction metrics
Organize weekly meetings
Develop and implement incentive programs
