Job Description

TriWire Engineering Solutions, Inc., an established national telecommunications installation contractor is currently looking for a Northeast Regional Operations Manager. TriWire specializes in voice, internet, television cable and security installations, servicing Comcast, MetroCast, Cablevision, Charter, Time Warner, and Cox Communication. The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible for the Revenue, Profitability, and Day-to-Day technical operations of the local markets under his leadership. The OM must have experience in understanding cable, voice, internet and security installations, and have a general understanding of dispatch, routing jobs, and customer service.

This individual must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment, have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and be capable of effective problem solving.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
• Contribute to the company’s vision of being the industry leader in customer service through quality, commitment, courtesy, and team work.
• Monitor that our Field Managers and Supervisors are following our company’s policies and procedures. If they are not up to company standards the ROM must adjust so that they are being enforced and followed to ensure they meet our company’s expectations.
• Travel to the locations under his/her leadership to monitor that our Field Managers and Supervisors are meeting and exceeding our clients’ and employees’ needs.
• Monitor and go over all weekly reports with local management: TC, MOOS, OTG’s, SCI, and ECT, as well as insure that they are meeting our client’s metrics.
• Communicate with our Client’s Supervisors to insure that their needs are being met on a daily basis and that all findings are being reported to local management.

• safely use weight-bearing equipment (such as gaffs, safety harness and ladders) within the maximum weight limitations of that equipment.

Knowledge & Understanding of:
• the testing and reporting of technical proofs of performance
• all aspects of CATV operations as defined by performance and maintenance of equipment and electronics operating parameters
• cable television products and services
• construction practices and specifications and headend operation & standards
• Installation/Service requirements both as they relate to staff and procedures
