Applicants with some prior supervising experience in the cable industry. Must have at least 3 years experience in all phases of installation as a technician. Triple Play certified a plus. Must have extremely good communication and organizational skills and the ability to teach and lead. Excellent computer skills a must. Must have a commitment for quality workmanship. Present a positive, professional, and courteous image to our customers. Have a strong work ethic relating to quality

Must be in good physical condition and willing to work and drive in all types of weather. Ability to Carry and climb and maneuver an 80-pound, 28-foot extension ladder. Work with hand and power tools.

Supervising field technicians and other individuals associated with this region.Responsible for training and the ongoing training of all install technicians. Enforcing all company/OSHA safety practices by holding weekly safety meetings and random site inspections of all technicians.
Developing and promoting a team atmosphere and ensuring the proper support is provided to each technician within the operation.
Manage workloads and routing. Handle all customer complaints and damages.
Accurately complete essential paperwork.
Ensuring that compliance metrics are met including Service Rate, Quality Insurance Whole House.
Holding weekly meetings with all technicians to enforce and keep up to date of all company policies.
Attending all meetings required by customer.
