-Manage multiple crews
-Understand and Train crews on Customer policies and procedures.
-Set a weekly work schedule
-Oversee Crew paperwork.
-Manage payroll
-Clearly explain and set completion goals with crews
-Manage equipment maintenance.
-Manage crew tool inventory.
-Train new employees.
-Set Monthly On call schedule.
-Offer knowledge to inexperienced crews.
-Offer knowledge on increasing production.
