* Work requires professionals to have a good balance job knowledge and physical capabilities. * Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds of material. * Must be able to frequently walk, bend, kneel, reach and climb. * Valid Driver’s license * Must be willing and able to travel * Must be able to operate a Vermeer Directional Drill "OR" a Vibratory Plow * Must be able to read prints and walk sites

Bore & Plow Operators:
* Responsible for daily maintenance on truck and boring machine.
* Perform critical care and service to the machine each use and each day.
* Operator and crew will adhere to ALL manufacturer provided safe operation procedures and industry safety standards.
* Operate the drill,
* Perform routine labor (pot-holing, equipment set-up, conduit / duct / cable placement,
set pedestals) as required.
* Drive tow vehicle w/ drill to the jobsite.

Bore & Plow Locators/Support Teams:
* Responsible for daily operations of the crew, locates, dig
ups, etc.
* Driver of Vac Truck tow vehicle to job-site and perform daily
maintenance on the vehicle.
* Responsible for re-job site survey/inspection to assure all utilities have been located and accounted
for
* Assist PM with locating and directing the bore head and drill
operator or the Plow line for Vibratory Plow Operators.
* Assure all located utilities that are in the construction path have been pot-holed.
* Assist in other job-site labor tasks (set pedestals, place pipe/conduit, pull cables, etc).
* Work as a Team!!!!!
* Work as a Team with all of the SoComm team members.

All candidates (Operators and Locators) must hold a valid Drivers License, possess experience operating a utility
locator, experience in underground utility construction, will accept a leadership role and responsibility for a crew.
