Cable Installation Manager
Bear Communications, LLC – Phoenix, AZ
Applicants with prior experience in the cable industry preferred Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report. Must have a strong commitment to providing good work with focus on quality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Supervising local lead technicians and field technicians and other individuals or groups as determined by local management.
The Field Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the ongoing training of all install technicians.
Developing and promoting a team atmosphere and ensuring the proper support is provided to each technician within the operation.
Manage workloads and routing to ensure proper efficiencies based on local market guidelines.
Managing day-to-day field operations for a assigned team, communicating with other members of local support staff, resolving issues and ensuring no technician is left out later than necessary.
Managing and investigating customer complaints and damages.
Ensuring that compliance metrics are met including Service Rate, Quality Insurance Whole House
Enforce company safety practices by completing random safety site inspections.
The Field Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the ongoing training of all install technicians.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Triple play certified is preferred.
Ability to Carry and climb and maneuver an 80-pound, 28-foot extension ladder. Work with hand and power tools.

ABILITIES, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
Complete a quality installation every time.
Present a positive, professional, and courteous image to our customers
Accurately complete essential paperwork.
Have a strong work ethic relating to quality and attendance.
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
A minimum of 2 year cable or related industry experience required.
Prior supervisory experience.
Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, web-based applications, email, and billing systems like ICOMS.)
Ability to prioritize and organize and multi-task effectively.
Must present a positive, professional image to employees, customers, and clients in all interactions.
