You need all your own equipment and fusion splicer and ladder and safety equipment . Need an OTDR meter .

This is a new build fiber to the home rural build . You will be hanging a fiber drop and then splicing the drop so customer can be installed . There is one burn at tap and pigtail at NIU . You will have to ground to common ground or put ground rod in . The minimum for each job is 100.00 per house. Many pay more depending on the footage. If you can do more in a day we will give you more but 4 is average day . Jobs are all pre surveyed so each house you know what the the drop footage is . Anything over 200 ft pays more . If you have construction experience we also need a tech who can hang strand. This is just one or 2 pole jobs where we have to lash the fiber to stand if the drop is over 150 feet . These jobs will average 300 or more each .Some will pay over 1000 as there is 700 ft of strand to hang

0 to 200 ft drop hung . spliced and grounded - 100.00
anything over 200 ft pays the 100 pls 25 cents a foot
Strand - pays 1.25 per foot to hang the strand and lash the drop to the strand plus 45 for the rest of the drop plus 45.00 for splice and 10 for ground. Total for a 150 ft strand job with 200 ft of regular aerial would pay 290.00
