You need your own equipment. Maxi Sneakers or 410s are whats being used .

Looking for owner operators for this project . This is a RUS project fiber to the home for High speed internet in New Mexico . Ground can get hard but not rock . 12 inch direct bury fiber , set NIU and cane . You have to do your own locates and all jobs need white lined for locating company . Average drop is around 250 to 300 . Some are over 1000 feet ft. This is rural new build but jobs are fairly tightly routed as we are going area by area. . You get 40 drops at a tie to stay ahead with locates and white lining . Plenty of local help to hire a helper and no need to bring one . The 2 crews now are averaging 800 to 1000 feet a day . We have plenty of work to last thru end of year . Local hotel has a rate of 750 a month . Gas allowance per job of 5.00 . Need 2 more plows to complete the ramp up . No sprinkler systems, dog fences or grass .The ,majority of driveways are dirt so just plow thru them and tamper back down . Just dirt .
The 2 crews that have been there a month are averaging 5000 ft a week . I will be more then happy to give you their numbers to talk to so you know its not BS about what footage can be done and what the area is like.
We have 7 crews now and looking for 2 more as we have work thru at least end of the year and into next year
