Qualifications
Responsibilities include:
· Deliver, rack, and power equipment in designated locations.
· Install structured cabling in overhead or sub-level cable routes.
· Install miscellaneous infrastructure with a diverse approach based on location and customer requirements.
· Work independently or as a team based on current scope of work.
Other Requirements
Preferred experience / abilities:
· Headend / Hub experience.
· Read schematics and/or interpret similar information based on spreadsheet or database information.
· Basic understanding of frequency spectrum and modulation schemes.
Job Description
Available immediately are several RF/MSO Technician positions. Qualified candidates will have previous experience in the installation, test, and turn-up of equipment within MSO Headend / Hub locations.
PAY IS $25-$30/HR DOE. LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED AS NO PER DIEM WILL BE PAID. Must be ready to start ASAP!!
Previous work experience in the cable telecommunications industry is highly preferred, but not required. Candidates will be considered with the necessary skills and qualifications but MUST have prior telecom experience.
