Qualifications
We are looking for 1099 contractors, but will hire 2 people in as employee's as well. Experience burying cable TV & telephone service drops. This includes Sidewalk bores and some experience doing driveway and road bores. Pay is based on experience.
Other Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license. Must pass background check. no felonies within last 7 years, no misdemeanors within the last 3 years. Must also pass drug screen.
Job Description
Sub Contractor Positions: (Single man or team crews available)
Qualified applicants must have good communication skills, be self motivated and hard working in a fast paced work environment.
Applicants should have a reliable truck and tools to perform catv or telephone bury drop work. Applicants will be working a 5 day work week with some Saturdays required when the work load is at its peak. Also required, persons will need to complete daily production sheets and send via email or fax in a timely manner at the end of every day. If you are experienced and just need tools, we will purchase tools for you through payroll deduction.
You will also need to have a valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, General Liablity Contractors Insurance and workers compensation certificate. All of these need to stay updated and in affect at all times when working. This is a 1099 position which will make you responsible for your own taxes.
Interested applicants must pass a criminal background check along with pre-drug screening and random drug screening from our clients.
Applicants will be using Ditch Witch 100sx cable plows along with Case maxi sneakers vibratory plows. You may choose to use your own equipment which will be reflected in pay.
Employee Positions: (Plow operators and helper positions available)
Qualified applicants must have good communication skills, be self motivated and hard working in a fast paced work environment. Good driving record is also required. No more than 2 points on your MVR. You will be given a company truck, machine, hand tools (if needed) and fuel card.
Just like the sub contractor position, this is also a 5 day work week with possible Saturday work when our work load is at its peak.

If you think you are the type of person we are looking for, but lack experience and/or truck, we will consider training with potential for a full time position. Pay is based on experience level.
