Qualifications
Must have valid driver’s license and pass periodic MVR check
Must pass criminal background check and drug test
Strong written and oral communication skills
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
Other Requirements
Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle and feel, to operate hand tools and small power tools; to reach and lift with hands and arms; to talk and hear; to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; to climb ladder, to balance and reach from ladder; to walk and work upon rooftops; to crawl into and work in attics, crawlspaces or confined spaces

Responsibilities:
Perform all installations and service work in accordance with DISH Network and Blue Sky Satellite guidelines
Strong customer service skills; friendly, approachable and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
Provide the highest quality customer education at time of installation
Troubleshoot installation and maintenance problems
Offer Dish Smart Home Services & Products to customers to enhance their overall satisfaction
Complete all installation paperwork and contracts in accordance with instructions
Participate in all safety training and comply with safety policies
Use proper equipment and parts in accordance with work orders and maintain accurate inventory levels
Perform all work in compliance with company quality standards
