Qualifications

WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF TRIPLE PLAY INSTALLATION, SERVICE AND REPAIR. A KNOWLEDGE OF HOME SECURITY INSTALLATION, SERVICE AND REPAIR IS A PLUS!

Other Requirements

UCS WILL PROVIDE A COMPANY VEHICLE AND FUEL CARD AS WELL AS NECESSARY TOOLS TO COMPLETE ALL DAILY TASKS.

Job Description

Position: W-2 Triple Play Installation Technician for Comcast Communications Indiana Markets
Wage: Hourly Rate + Production Bonus

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE- THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE!

Must be experienced triple play technician familiar with installation of Video, Data and Voice!!!

Utili-Comm South will provide vehicle, fuel and tools

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
* Meet all employment eligibility criteria (Nationwide B/G Check, UA Test, Clean DMV, etc)
* Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
* Ability to performing demanding tasks and heavy physical labor as assigned for the duration of the daily shift.
* Must own Truck or Van, all hand tools and climbing gear required to perform the daily functions of this position.
*Technician is responsible for installing, relocating, disconnecting, troubleshooting and auditing cable service and ancillary equipment in the field.
*Must follow departmental installation policies in compliance with OSHA and NEC standards.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for all Safety related duties pertaining to Comcast Communications service and trouble call installation and maintenance.
*Must set the example
*Must meet commitments to customers and following up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
*Responsible for applying adopted company policies and operational practices that allow our daily operations to succeed.
*Must adhere to company specified dress code.
*Responsible for hitting company set metrics on Trouble and Service ticket resolution times
*Performs other related duties as assigned and required
