Employees will be paid hourly rates based on experience. This is a 40 hours per week, full-time career. After 90 days on the job, employees may be eligible for our benefits program.
Qualifications
We are looking for experienced aerial linemen and ground hands, but we are willing to train if you have the talent to learn. Our company will provide all of the tools and training necessary to work safely and efficiently in the field. All eligible candidates for employment must pass our company provided drug screening.
Other Requirements
Our company will provide at tools, safety equipment and trucks to perform all facets of aerial construction.
Job Description
We are looking for energetic people to work as in-house employees to provide CATV Aerial Construction in sunny Southwest Florida. Our office is located in Fort Myers, Florida and we will be working in and around the area stretching from Naples to Sarasota. Experience is a huge plus, but we will train the right people to learn the many facets of Aerial Construction the right way. Our company hires only dedicated, hard working people, so if you have what it takes and want to work in a thriving area, year round, then contact us right away. We will provide trucks, safety gear and state of the art equipment in order for you to suceed in this rewarding field. Most of the work will consist of Outside Plant Construction for CATV and Fiber on utility poles. You will be expected to work in a bucket truck and/or use climbing gear.
