As soon as the ground thaws. We will have thousands of jobs on the ground.
Pay
$20-$26 depending on the work area, equipment needs, and experience level. Most jobs will be within 1/2 mile of each other.
Qualifications
Previous drop bury experience is HIGHLY preferred, but we can train an ambitious applicant that is mechanically gifted and learns quickly. We do drug and background checks.
Other Requirements
We are seeking highly ambitious workers who will do 40 or more jobs every week consistently and who take advantage of tight routing. NO RUST late model Pickup truck, van, or trailer required with 1,000 pound + payload. We have Ditch Witch 100sx's, tools, and locators.
Job Description
Meetings every Friday for paychecks. You will be working by yourself and need to be available during normal hours monday-friday for urgent requests.
Work is sent daily. Work is called in after every job. We have plenty of work. The more you do the more you get. Top producers will never go without work. Low producers will not last for more than a week.

We QC work regularly and expect 6 inches depth for all jobs. Restoration and quality of work are key to our success and expansion. The customer should not be able to tell that you have been in their yard.
