ACE Dish techs needed

ACE is DNS Contracted in the Phoenix CAR, Riverside CAR, Palm Springs CAR & Brawley CAR
Starts
We need techs immediately in the Phoenix area and are hiring in both the Riverside & Palm Springs CAR's to begin work in January
Pay
We are hiring 1099 which pays: $90 install, $15 per A/O and $50 per SC/TC. We run on a 1 year contract and you must carry liability insurance to our specs. Weekly pay with no hold back to start.
Qualifications
You must be able to clear an in-depth background check and drug test. You must have a white late model truck or van (No SUV's). You must be able to work Saturday & Sunday (Currently low staffed those days).
Other Requirements
You need to have past Dish experience and understand the ins and outs of the Hopper System including Super and Wireless Joey's. You must be competitive as we have been the #1 or #2 contractor in our region for over 6 months and want only top performers to join our team....
Job Description
Anyone on this forum has skills and has been installing cable or Satellite for some time. We respect your knowledge and want to build on it. DNS or IHS Contractors are held to a high standard and in the last year that standard has been on the rise.
Techs are expected to look and handle themselves professionally while achieving report card goals in an ever changing spectrum of areas. Techs are expected to go over every job from LNB to all TV's bringing every job to current specs.
Dish is aiming for the future which means providing more than just TV installation. In the last year a contractors value to Dish has been weighed against their ability to provide Smart Home Sales opportunities to their customers. Contractors that were not able to get on board were released to a tune of over 30%. This means that we expect from you more than just slamming a dish in like the old days. We want you to look for opportunities to provide the customer with services like Surge Protection, Wall-Fishes, TV-Mounting and much more.
In the next couple of years opportunities will abound to include Home Automation, Security systems and more. We need techs who are on board with this prospect and want the opportunity to grow with Dish.
