Qualifications

Must have 5-7 years of previous cable installation experience with at least two years in a supervisory role. Must have a strong customer service focus and be driven to meet and exceed company standards. Must be computer literate.

Job Description

The Site Manager is responsible for profitability and Day-to-Day technical operations of the branch. The Site Manager must have at least 5-7 years of cable installation experience in a supervisory role. Site Manager must have a general understanding of dispatch, routing jobs, and customer service.

This individual must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment, have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and be capable of effective problem solving.

Responsibilities of the site manager include:
Interacting with the client to assure that customer specifications and quality metrics are being achieved.
Working with ownership to grow the branch and increase profitability.
Supervising Technicians, Field Supervisors, and office staff to assure that proper time and attendance, routing, billing and dispatch jobs are properly performed
Insure proper training and employee counseling is given
Insure all performance metrics are being met and high quality work is being performed in the field.
