OB JECTIVE
Trap Replacement Project
SCOPE OF SERVICES
· Trap change out for 8 Channel bonding CR & Iowa City areas (not Iowa City itself).
· Placement of trap at tap. (Pole, Lockbox or Ped.) All traps are to be placed using a 12” jumper & barrel (no trap is to be installed on a tap or splitter port).
· Complete 10% inspections of work completed. Inspections to be provided to TOM weekly.
· Old traps to be turned in to Mediacom warehouse.
