Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of Communication Systems Installation, including DOCSIS, Ethernet, Wireless, xDSL technologies. Ability to design end point distribution systems of all aforementioned verticals. Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, Performance Management Skillset, ability to work side by side with field crew, all hours including weekends.
Other Requirements
Must be able to lift 75Lbs & work in tight spaces. Candidate must be self-motivated, possess strong knowledge of Communication systems, ability to train others & be available at all times. The ideal candidate will lead by example, have strong interpersonal & establish a cohesive, creative, performance based team. Fulltime position, Overtime - including holidays & weekends as needed.
Job Description
Overseeing ISP Upgrade projects from conception to completion in a time sensitive manner. Day to Day scheduling of ISP team members to assure workforce is utilized to its highest efficiency. Develop Bill of Materials, Obtain quotes, Order, & Track necessary material orders for ISP related projects. Handle Service escalations in a wide arrange of scope, Train Service Team members on ISP related procedures & technologies. Assess labor needs & be able to effectively function as a field engineer to assist with Upgrade projects as needed.
