ClV Communications currently has established offices in Evansville and Henderson. looking for long term techs ASAP. Must be able to pass background check and drug test. St.Charles, La will not start until 10/27/14
Pay
This is a piece rate scale which will be sent to potential candidates. On average, current techs are making $1,000.00- $1800.00. This however depends on the tech.
Qualifications
Must have own vehicle and all required tools to complete residential installs. CLV does not loan out any equipment other than a signal meter.All applicants must have minimum 3 yrs experience and must be comfortable with all three aspects of installations (video, hsi, telephony). There is a 100% qc rate so hacks do not respond
Other Requirements
These locations are 70% aerial so 28ft. extension ladders are a must.There are no basements in these locations as well so wall fishing is a must and confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces will be entered. Living accommidations for these areas will be taken care of by CLV for the first 90 days and this again is all contract based work, therefor techs can provide their own valid certificates of workmans comp and gl or have the standard 8% payroll deducted
Job Description
CLV is currently transitioning from the construction/mdu aspect of cable back into the residential setting. Do not be fooled this is my background and also, this is an owner operated business. I'm 100% involved in all the day to day operations. Applicants must be self motivated and also have a sense of time management. CLV does pay for quality so no hacks needed. This opportunity is currently with Time Warner. We do work a 6 day work week with the optional Sunday. Pay is 2 weeks out and performance bonuses are given once a month to those who can meet the matrix. For those techs looking for stability and a scale set at 85/15 please be in touch.
