Pay
Please contact for details for the trainer program. You will be paid an increased price per point on completed route work as well as a weekly residual for all techs that you train for as long as you and the trainee/tech work for our company.
Qualifications
Experience as a triple play tech. Scte or Jones NCTI certified is a plus.
Other Requirements
Open mind to learn as the cable industry evolves. Good understanding of DOCSIS 3.0 and the meter. You must take pride in your work and do consistent high quality work.
Job Description
The trainer position will need a good understanding of Video, Data and Phone install procedures. You will also need to be able to demonstrate how to tie in alarms on phone jobs. A good understanding of the meter and how to check for Ingress, MER, BER and be able to explain it to your trainees. This is a great opportunity to pass on your cable skills to new techs and be compensated for your knowledge. The more techs you train and help us retain the more money you receive for passing on your knowledge.
