Job Description

AC Square, Inc., an authorized contractor for Comcast, is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Operations Supervisor/Manager to oversee installations in the Seattle area. The Operations Supervisor/Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all AC Square, Inc. installation location's employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:
Lead a team of supervisor, technicians, and warehouse employees
Produce weekly management reports summarizing site activities
Provide status reports of action items
Interview, hire, train, and motivate technicians
Set production and metric performance goals and meet or exceed those goals
Show exemplary customer service to customers, corporate leadership, subordinate supervisors and technicians, and service partners
Instill in technicians a professional, customer service driven attitude
Promote and manage an efficient, professional atmosphere in the AC Square, Inc. locations, thus maximizing profitability and retention
Plan, assign, and direct work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees
Address complaints and efficiently resolve issues with customers and technicians

Responsibilities:

Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's and service partner requirements and policies, as well as all state and federal laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
