Qualifications
Must be able to:
Read and interpret documents such as work orders and procedure manuals
Fill out forms and complete work orders
Complete basic mathematical calculations
Communicate effectively with customers and employees
Understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Repeatedly lift and carry equipment and tools (up to 80lbs)
Operate tools effectively, including but not limited to, drills, hammers, pliers, crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, and wrenches

Complete pre-wiring and multiple dwelling installations
Connect and disconnect cable services
Perform upgrades & downgrades
Install drops, outlets, converters, and other cable system devices in subscriber homes
Ensure cabling meets G.O. 95 specifications
Complete necessary paperwork
Educate customers on products and services
Operate an Acterna signal meter or similar brand
Calculate signal and engineer premise cabling for optimal performance
Climb telephone poles
