Installer position available for installation and servicing of full video services, including analog, digital and HD TV

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Install coaxial and Cat5E drop wire.
2. Install connectors on all types of coaxial and Cat5 drop wire
3. Install customer premise equipment, modem, digital converter, configure additional devices.
4. Trouble shoot video, telephone and internet problems.
5. Ability to configure, customers computers for internet operations.
6. Ability to test and tone all drop wires.
7. Ability to review order with the customer and teach them the basics to use and enjoy their new service and equipment.
8. Must be proficient at using small hand tools and larger power tools.
9. Must be comfortable working on a ladder and all heights.
10. Inventory - maintain accurate inventory and equipment for installations.
11. Must have good Customer Service skills as well as do quality work
12. Must have valid driver’s license with relative clean insurance record.
13. Must be able to work with or without direct supervision.
14. Must help in the warehouse where needed
15. Must be able to help with maintenance of the plant
16. Must be patient and have the customer is always first mentality.
